Hayes Farm - 8 Houses

The location was exellent with pleasant countryside and farmland surrounding the premices. Lots of wildlife with wings and some with four legs. The epitome of the Cotswolds

The lamps by the beds did not work in either of the bedrooms. The heating in the upper bathroom was off for longer periodes than the thermostat can be responsible for, and therefore the floor was colder than expected. We could not make thermostat in the bedroom downstairs come to life. This, at this time of the year is not a big problem. Still, we think it is reasonable to let you know.

Very large, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated accommodation. Thoughtfully equipped with all the equipments you may need. A modern accommodation with features showing a barn conversion. A game room, with lots of games, suitable for all ages. I just loved this accommodation.

Everything - peaceful, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and host close by if we needed anything.

Nothing, all went smoothly

Perfect layout for 2 families sharing - with bedrooms at either end offering privacy. Comfortable beds and a choice of fat or slim pillows. Nice views from the living room. Good communal games room and overall layout encourages friendly community.

Could do with suggested walking trails across the surrounding farm land and need a few more kitchen bits such as chopping boards, drying up cloth, lemon squeezer, cleaning creams etc. Shame that no one came to meet us or check in on us during our stay.

Fantastic location ! Host Philip very accommodating . We hired 3 properties for a long weekend of cycling and the location and ambience were superb and relaxing .
