Great Apt · Near Beach · CPH

Nice location and good sized apartment for our family. Near to a couple of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Metro and the beach are within walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall the place was in an ok condition, but some of the things like kitchen utensils and bathroom could use some update. Also some minor inconveniences, even though the personnel was very responsive and polite. The apartment was very warm, opening windows helped but since the apartment was on ground level we didn’t want to leave the windows open during night. Also we asked for a baby crib which was promised but never delivered even though we notified about it.

Spacious apartment, sophisticated furnishings, good location.

We started the day of arrival by cleaning up. There were chocolate wrappers, used tissues, bags under the beds, the cupboard opening was greasy and dirty, full of food waste, the filter had to be cleaned, it was not filled with salt so we had to take it in.The inside of the washing machine was dirty , the bathroom extractor fan was black with dirt, the tiles were mouldy. Carpets were dirty, stained. The windows were very dirty, I did not clean them :) It would be a very nice apartment if they paid attention to maintenance and cleanliness. The walls are also quite dirty, could do with a clean paint job.

Fabulous location for the purpose of our stay, well appointed & equipped and good shopping facilities nearby

Extremely hot and difficult to get air in, and would have been nice to be able to regulate the temperature inside. Fans provided but not great

Location was good and close by to public transport.

Apartment was not clean. Bed linen looked like it was already used and not changed and washed before our stay. Also, all glasses we had to wash before use.

The Apartment was great for us, it feels like home. all the facilities was also good. will definitely come back should we have business trip to Copenhagen again

The apartment was clean. Access by taxi is restricted. Long walk to metro and beach.

Wardrobe space is poor. One bedroom has no wardrobe. The others have very basics wardrobes.

The location is great, within a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Amager beach. It's also a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro, which is very convenient. There are good grocery stores and coffee shops a short walking distance from the apartment where you can get everything you need. The apartment has a lot of space. It is actually one of two, three bedroom apartments in a single story block located in the middle of a block of flats. The neighbourhood is very family orientated and so the area has a very safe feel at all times. Each of the three bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and you have use of a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is very useful. The main lounge is spacious with a large dining table and a tv where you can access your amazon or netflix account. Hosts were very helpful. And the entry code system is easy, no need to worry about a key. Refuse and recycling facilities are close by.

The large windows are amazing and each have curtains for privacy. The location, in the centre of an open flat development does take some getting used to. But as mentioned, is a nice and safe environment.
