The bathroom needs little refurbishment/cleaning

There wasn’t much toilet paper 😬 so we had to run to the store for more

The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The value of the apartment was good and the location was fairly accessible by transit making it easy to explore the city.

The apartment was not very well cleaned. Some of the dishes were dirty, the top blankets and decorative pillows had dust and hair from the previous guests, the fan in the bathroom was extremely dusty as well. The main spaces in the apartment were clean however. Getting into the property was challenging as the instructions were unclear and the door code did not work at first. The staff was helpful but took a while to respond to messages.

During our recent stay at this spacious and well-equipped property, we experienced true comfort and convenience. The location of the property is simply ideal – just an 8-minute walk to the nearest Lidl and the metro station, making it exceptionally convenient for those looking to combine peace with easy access to urban infrastructure. One of the biggest advantages of this place is its location in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which not only offers peace and relaxation but also direct access to the beach, perfect for morning walks or evening strolls along the sea. Nearby is also a playground, which was particularly appreciated by our children. The house is spacious and well-equipped. A large common room with a comfortable table enabled us to share meals and spend time together. The modern kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, induction stove, and dishwasher, greatly facilitated meal preparation and cleanup. Moreover, the high temperature inside the premises provided pleasant warmth even on cooler days. For the three families with children who stayed there, this space proved to be the perfect choice, providing comfortable conditions for both adults and the youngest guests. Everyone found something for themselves, whether it was relaxing in the spacious interior or playing outdoors. In summary, staying at this place was pure pleasure. Both the amenities and the location met all our expectations. An ideal place for anyone looking for a home away from home, where they can spend time with loved ones in comfortable and safe conditions. Plenty of space to park three baby strollers ;) I highly recommend it!

The location is great, within a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Amager beach. Much better than anything in the city center. There are good grocery stores and coffee shops a short walking distance from the apartment. Lergravsparken metro stop is also close by, about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is spacious and can easily accommodate a big family or a group of travelers. There is enough bed sheets and towels for every guest. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a drip coffee maker. If you need to wash your clothes, there is a washing machine and a dryer. Panoramic windows are awesome as they provide much sunlight and also make you feel like you’re outdoors. Thanks to them, we even saw a fox in the courtyard one night as it was poking around in search for food or something. Danes are comfortable living without curtains so be prepared to be on display in the kitchen and when exiting the bathroom. This is a cultural thing so it’s good that the host put curtains in every bedroom and the shared room. The host is actually a company, but they were very responsive and got back within minutes. We had trouble turning off a lock on the cooking top and they were very helpful. BTW, you need to press the clock and the left uppermost cooktop symbols simultaneously to turn it on/off.

- The apartment is a bit hard to find. It’s essentially located in a black one-story structure in the courtyard of a red building # 10. - A courtesy set of tea bags and coffee would be welcome, especially if guests arrive late or on days when stores are closed. - Guests shouldn’t have to search cabinets for extra toiletries, dishwasher tablets, etc. These should be provided in adequate quantities based on the number of guests and days of stay. - A squeegee is an inexpensive item that can be easily replaced, why keep a moldy one? It’s unpleasant to see and use. - Cable trunking dangling from a bedroom ceiling is unacceptable and dangerous.

Great location for airport, seaside and city access, very comfortable beds, great size dining table and chairs. Cosy and warm. Good shower with underfloor heating. Lots of coat hangers and towels. Comfy seating area. Great space for a group of 5 people meeting up with family. Spotlessly clean.

Lack of hooks in bathroom, lack of instructions for TV, cooker etc. some windows without curtains, weird wiring of lighting(not all working), light over table needed bulb screwing in and out (again had to find out ourselves) one bedroom without wardrobe. Wardrobes not attached to the wall and could easily fall forward.
