Yard was unkept, ants everywhere, lights not working in kitchen and top deck.

Beautiful cabin, pool was nice. The view was spectacular!!

Within close proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. But once you were there it felt much further away. Enough room for a family without tripping over one another.

The property was in a great location. It was close to most of the sites and attractions in the area.

We left a day early. When we arrived at the cabin it was raining. I noticed there was a leak and a puddle of water upstairs. I immediately contacted the property. They said they would have someone look at it. No one came. The issue was not resolved. It started raining again and more leaks appeared. I told the staff and nothing was done. We decided to leave. We let the property know we were leaving early and why. They didn’t offer to come fix it for us to stay, move us to a different property, or a partial refund or credit for a future stay. Not the pictures are just some of the water. The floors were also soaking wet.

Warning! Their listing is a scam!! It's definitely not two bedrooms! It's one bedroom plus a living room space with an uncomfortable and low bunk bed that's really not suitable for adults. Scandalous. Not an appropriate place for two couples to stay.. You can see on the photo the bed... I strongly advise against staying here. And worst of all, there isn't any site on Google where you can write a review. Just this alone is very suspicious. Not recommended!

There were ants in the kitchen The roof leaked in the upstairs bedroom The pull out couch was terrible Lots of things needed fixing kitchen faucet was lose Called property manager about roof leak and they said someone was going to come check it out and never showed up. Just asked us to clean it up. There was water all over the dresser and the carpet was wet. Also no plug for the jacuzzi tube. I just can't believe they made us bring our own toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. Beautiful seating but not worth the money. Would not recommend or stay again.
