Nice location. Easy to find. Good bed.

Noisy in the nighttime.

The location was good

It wasn’t suitable for families with children; the restaurant downstairs stays open late and there’s constant noise. The furnishings in the flat were old and very shabby. Finally, the bathroom wasn’t clean.

We liked the location. It was well equipped.

It was especially noisy in the evening, the broken bedroom shutter didn’t help. The shower arrangement felt precarious to use.

The communication and customer service from these hosts is terrible!! The check in is very unusual, you have to call a random number when you arrive for them to automatically open the door. The coffee machine was broken, so they asked us to just leave the doors unlocked when we went out so they could bring a new one (which didnt seem very safe!). They left one outside the front door, and the plug didn't even fit in the ports available (luckily we had our own adaptor with us) We decided to pay for later check out (check out is 10, and we wanted to store some bags until 11) The said the only way to do this is to pay the 50 euro charge, which we did (and had a text exchange with them about this) ... However at 10:01 we were constantly called and texted asking where the keys were because the cleaners need to get in. We were at a church service so didn't immediately see the calls, but there were so many of them as well as texts. I replied to ask what was going on because as per the whole text exchange we had with them the day before we had paid for late check out, so i asked why i was receiving all of these calls, and they just text to say "ok". When we got back to the apartment, there was cleaning stuff everywhere left outside the room which we had to climb over to get in the front door, and also made it tricky when taking our luggage out. We had paid the 50euros to make the check out stress-free and allow us to relax and enjoy the last day of our trip, but the constant calls and all the obstacles made it a massive waste of money, and more stressful than if we hadn't done it. I tried to resolve the issue with them, and they have ignored me over and over again. When they eventually responded, they said too much time (1 month) had passed so they didnt have my information anymore - but that much time had only passed because they ignored all of my previous communications!!

Excellent location, all necessary equipment and kitchen utensils are available, clean linen, pillows and towels, toiletries were also provided.

The doors in the hallway and bathroom creak loudly, and the toilet flush doesn't work well.

This photos represented the apt. Accurately Extremely clean and you can NOT beat the location! Just a couple steps and you are at the lake. The host provided great instructions on how to enter the apt and how to use the appliances. With all our travels we spent one evening in with a bottle of wine and watched some Netflix on the comfy couch Very relaxing Would highly recommend and should we travel to como again will for sure stay here!
