1. Location is Good. Near to Kuantan Town. 2. The unit is clean & owner respond fast. 3. Swimming Pool & GYM is good.

1. Location - The beach is not suitable for swimming or kids play type. Have to travel to Teluk Chempedak to enjoy the beach side. 2. Kitchen facilities, need to put more Tissue papers/Kitchen Rolls/Toilet papers. 3. Price - maybe should reduce 15-20%.

Great stay with a beautiful sea view. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Location is excellent, close to the beach and food spots. Smooth check-in process and good facilities. Definitely worth the price. Would stay here again.

The unit has a large and comfortable space, making it suitable for families. The sea view from the windows is fantastic and truly one of the highlights of the stay.

It would be very useful to have a water dispenser in the unit. The air conditioner in the master bedroom is not cold; I had to set it to 16°C just to feel minimal cooling. During the daytime, the room becomes very hot due to heat coming in from the windows.

location is good but not facility not friendly. In middle to reach at home. i have to use stairs to go to lift. it difficult for me yang ada family OKU dan Warga Emas.
