Very neat & tidy apartment. Great view of the ocean. Strategically located for seafood access.

There's a cockroach in the bathroom. Access to the car park is slightly difficult for a large MPV e.g Toyota Alphard.

The futon is too small. Need 2 pieces to join together for an adult.
