Spacious 5BR - Coop Live & Etihad - Pool Table

Was not as advertised. Area was not very family friendly.

Not as advertised, letter box missing off front door. Door not fitting frame. House freezing.

Pool table is a bit plus, bit cramped to use in the space provided but overall a welcome commodity. Beds were comfy, toilets were very clean. Location wise, it's a bargain. Good access to supermarkets, retail parks, main roads, a nearby corner shop and a short walk to the tram. Combined with a space for off street parking, it was ideal for driving as well as safely parking up and using public transport. The house was lovely and warm when we got there and continued to keep the heat in well without becoming stuffy.

The noise sensors were slightly worrying at times, as several members of my group had a cough and were worried that they would set off the noise sensor by coughing. Also a few of the toilets didn't have any soap provided.

We found the beds comfy

lack of seats for the size of house in the lounge area. Unable to switch cooker off, when tried to the switch fell off the wall, the house has clearly been used to host party's with strong smell of cannabis in the living room, could not let kids out in back garden due to amount of rubbish and cigarette ends left in the garden. The numerous empty cans of nitrous oxide left in the bins. One able to use one showers was not clean. Freezer door wouldn't close properly due to amount of ice build up and broken drawers. Over all not very satisfied and will not return

The pillow cases were not ironed and some of the beds sheets

It was spacious, parking is good and the location is convenient.

It wasn’t very clean and they had a rat problem. This led to a gas pipe being gnawed and the boiler breaking down, so we had no hot water and heating for 2 days. The staff were communicative and did concede a 15% refund, however we didn’t feel that was enough really given the circumstances.
