Loved the apartment had everything you could need. Really comfy large beds and only a short distance into York city centre.

The only thing to let it down was the smell of the bins. It would waft up the lift shaft and was even worse in the bin store.

Really great location. Very clean and well equipped. When I had to contact owners they were always polite and prompt to respond. We appreciated toiletries in bathrooms.

Being in the older age bracket we found the settee a bit uncomfortable and not easy to get up from! One towel could have done with being replaced.

Need more fans in the property - only one between lounge and two bedrooms

Lovely apartment, absolutely immaculate and a short walk into town....less than 10 mins to the shambles. Beds were very comfy, building felt very safe and secure, and was also very quiet which we were worried about given it was a Saturday night but didnt hear a peep from anyone else. Will definitely return on our next trip to York.

Lovely clean comfortable spacious apartment

Slight issue accessing the property as my phone number had not been added to the system to let us open the shutter, even though this had been sent in advance as requested - however quickly resolved by calling the other phone number I had been given. If you were arriving when their office is closed it might be worth calling to check your number has been added before you arrive.
