Suite 9 - Sleeping Giant Hotel - Pen Y Cae Inn

Friendly staff, good food. The zoo was a lovely touch and the area stunning. Walking into a room where the air con had already been churning on the hottest days on record was delightful and very welcome. Some incredible driving roads near by. Plenty of parking and great atmosphere.

The food was great minus my partners dinner which was a bit bland but everything else was on point.

Beautifully clean, modern and nice quality accommodation. Staff were lovely.

We had chosen to stay here as we had been sleeping in our campervan for a few nights and needed a good nights sleep. We were woken in the night by people using the hot tub next door (they weren't staying in that apartment, they just gate crashed). Very loud, laughing and chatting. It was before 5am! It wasn't the staff's fault so I can't blame them. It was just unfortunate/annoying as I was in desperate need of a good night's sleep. I have to say, the manager and staff couldn't have been nicer/more understanding and actually offered us another night free when we next visit. We will definitely return as it was a really nice place. I think we were just unlucky!

Nothing, it was all amazing

The room was beautifully presented and located, next to an award winning restaurant and micro zoo. It was extremely hot during my stay but the AC unit in the room was a good send! It was exactly the peace and quiet I needed during my stay and the rooms are so beautifully decorated, the food was exceptional and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for my wonderful stay.

The peacocks were noisy sometimes but who doesn't love to open their door to peacocks wandering around?

A lovely place, very modern with everything you need. Staff are lovely and so welcoming. The food...oh the food is superb, fresh, hot and just what you need after a long day!!

Only the pillow, i woke up with a neck ache but in the grand scheme of things, that is minor. Overall a fab place!
