AUSpacious with an upstairs level where the bedroom is. The bathroom had modern facilities but the shower overflowed sometimes. Simple appliances and a large fridge. Check in was very late at 4pm, but we messaged them and they let us check in earlier. They also have a communal washing machine.
There were very steep and narrow stairs to get up to the floor and was very difficult to get our bags up, which I haven’t seen many people mention. Similarly the stairs inside the apartment are pretty steep and narrow too. The walls were really dirty especially near the kitchen and made the place feel more unclean than it was. The floors were quite dirty and made our socks black. The aircon didn’t really work and it was super hot so we had to sleep on the couch downstairs. Pretty expensive for what it was especially just for one night.

It was quite difficult to move up and down on the stairs outside and inside the property, very loud noises from the street, problems with drainage of shower water leading to collecting a lot of water on the floor.

PLThe apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living area. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive.

It met our needs. - Great location (10 min walk to grocery store). - Spacious main bedroom - Good for a short stay. Great to have self-catering
- Stairs to unit and to bedroom quite steep( felt like climbing up and down a ladder) - View/access to balcony has potential. Currently unpleasant as it appeared to be there’s construction work in progress. - Queries about use of my personal data that collected and data retention policy - no response received from host (GDPR).

There is no heating system in the apartment, air conditioners and electrical devices should be used all the time to keep stable temperature. The apartment general conditions looked like it was in the process of renovation.
GBThe apartment was very good, clean & had everything that we needed for 4 of us for an overnight stop (for PSV football match). It has good facilities & was very handy to have fridge & kettle. It's about 2 miles from town centre, but ensured that we got some exercise, but UBER was also readily available. T&S kept in touch via messages & were quick to answer any queries that we raised.
