Nah zum See und zur Altstadt von Stresa. Gut für Ausflüge auf die Isola Bella. Supermarkt 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße.

Wifi sehr schlecht, war nur mit mobilen Daten möglich. Der Vermieter hat das Problem während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht lösen können.

الشقة في الدور الثاني يعني إذا عندك عفش كثير خذ هذي بعين الاعتبار و مدخل المواقف ضيق. ولا فيها صابون ولا شامبو

Punto a favore di questa struttura è senz'altro la posizione: è nel centro di Stresa e quindi comoda ai servizi.

Parcheggio privato veramente troppo piccolo per 6 auto. Noi siamo stati fortunati perché non tutti gli appartamenti erano occupati, ma per tre giorni eravamo preoccupati che qualcuno ci bloccasse, perché sei macchine inevitabilmente si bloccano l'una con l'altra. Inoltre l'entrata del cancello non è comoda per auto lunghe. La pulizia del bagno non era accurata e mancava la classica saponetta , che si trova sempre nei kit da bagno e non c'era il bidet . I cuscini del letto troppo troppo bassi.

Very convenient checkin process, great location, parking. Laundry facility in basement. All utensils you need in the apartment.

Nothing to dislike but to note, there is no elevator if you have trouble with climbing stairs. Also there are a few things that would only add a few cents to spend, but would be quite convenient, like a piece of soap or more than 1 roll of toilet paper.

Logement propre très bien situé à proximité du lac, du centre ville, des commerces. La place de stationnement privée, un plus inestimable dans cette ville où le stationnement est difficile et cher. La vidéo s'accueil qui permet de se repérer sans difficultés.

Ustensiles de cuisine succinct et absence de cafetière, on avait que la notice. Manque non résolu pendant notre séjour. Pas de contact avec les hôtes ( boîte à clé). Pourtant promis dans leurs messages ( Nous restons à votre disposition pour toute autre question et nous aurons le plaisir de vous accueillir lundi. Lage zentral, privater Parkplatz, Ausreichend Platz für 2, relativ moderne Ausstattung

Unsere Meinung: billige Matratzen, hart und unbequem. Könnte ein Upgrade vertragen.

Location. Just few steps from the lake and old town. The apartment is spacious and has a good bathroom.

The kitchen set up is very basic. Just few plats and glasses. Just a single wine glass? No chopping board. At the price paid We would expect a better equipment. It is not a one night hotel. The check in and entry it is all done on line and it is fine if you have independent internet access. We have had some internet connection issues and management did not responded to our call for help. Unpleasant situation.

La posizione dell' alloggio

Dotazioni della cucina. TV microscopica. Dotazioni del bagno. Un paio di bottiglie d'acqua in frigo, qualche snack, docciaschiuma e shampoo per l' intera durata del soggiorno sono piccole cose che fanno aumentare la qualita` percepita...

Ubytování super,komunikace s majitelem velmi příjemná, korektní a jasná .Lokalita kousek od centra a jezera vše v pěší vzdálenosti do několika minut.Dům má vlastní parkoviště,kousek od domu je i parkoviště veřejné.Ubytování čisté,jak uvnitř tak okolo domu,klidná lokalita.

Bez výhrad,nic mne nenapadá.
