The room and bedroom is the same as seen, kitchen is good enough and has got the basic things to help you cook a decent meal. There are lots of stores and restaurants around which is convenient incase you don't plan to cook. The accommodation itself is in between 2 dessert shop and directly opposite a convenience store

Communication with the host was very poor. So we got the the location and couldn't find the accommodation, I called the host about 3 times without any response. Then the host texted to say I needed to pay £100 security deposit before they could give me extra information to find the address and also to get the code..I paid the deposit and was supposed to get my money back after checkout but the host has not refunded my money yet and it's been more than 5 working days. We kept the room clean and did not damage anything in there, so why have I not gotten my money back??? The host also said, there was parking, BIG NO, there is none. You have to find your own parking by the road side. I parked somewhere and my car was not in sight. Let's come to the bathroom, it is mouldy and has an unpleasant smell. The bathroom needs renovation

- Very convenient if you are traveling into Birmingham with the park and ride - Reasonable size kitchen if you are wanting to cook - Flat has a modern feel with the furniture - Idea for if you are traveling for business - has the basics - Lots of storage space

- No tea or coffee- a sachet/ bag for at least one morning drink would be a nice gesture - Bathroom was mould (especially around the outside of the shower) - needs an uplift as - Hair on the toilet seat - 1/4 of a toilet roll was left - Guest are asked to clean the glasses they use (glasses we took out were dirty) - Empty bottle of Jack Daniel left in the apartment - Quite noisy at night (street and guests in the corridor opposite- very thin walls)

Facilities were ideal for us, clean tidy presented lovely. Staff were responsive when we had an issue and got things sorted. Would and will use again when working in the area.

Decently clean and had good facilities. Parking was easy and shops were good

Could have done with some chairs for the table. Sitting on the sofa meant the table was wrong height. Even just some folding chairs would have been good.

The living makes the property for sure! It’s a nice place. We ended up staying in the living room and made it into like a sleep over with the mattress due to no tv in the bedroom… but It worked and we was happy with how we done it.

The bathroom could be improved/repairs/updates/cleaning alongside the bottom of the shower . Has a lot of potential for returning customers however it does lack a comfort & at home vibe.

Very modern, clean, comfortable and cosy place. I felt so at home. I would recommend going to this place 100%
