The bedroom not very spacious, the location of the appartment so far from supermarket and other utilities if you don’t have a car

Modern appartment, garage for the car, had kitchen, washing machine and TV with Netflix.

Whole experience was dissapointing. The most annoying was the lack of communication and information. It's a very automated proces (like it's usualy on Airbnb) but it isn't correct. For example, automated message for check out said that we should leave the garage door remote to the guard of the building to get deposit back (300 dh) but when we did so, he was confused. We then needed to call the manager to send someone (we waited in a car infront of the building for more than 30min). Also, the appartment is not well equiped. It lacked towels, shampoo, detergent, sponge to wash the dishes with and laundry detergent (this we later got). The 2nd night we found a cockroach in our bedroom. When we notified the host, we didn't even got a response.

Just don't go there!

Just don't go there! We were 3 families and booked 4 rooms. We arrived at the hotel at 17:00 and only 2 of the 4 rooms were not available. The rooms were occupied by other people... After many efforts we turned to the owner and he told us to wait because the cleaners are on their way. In practice we only got 3 rooms and the cleaners did not clean the room but only took out the garbage. It was terrible, I had to take my 73-year-old parents to another hotel in the middle of the night... The owner, Faisal, hung up and did not respond to our request. In the other rooms they supply 1 towel per room so we couldn't take a shower.

The apartment is like a suite in a 5 stars hotel. Very well equipped with new furniture and kitchen appliances. Big TV screen, excellent wi fi connection. The building is in a middle of a very quiet and nice area. A small market and a mini corner shop is 3 minutes walk. I have been before at this building in a different flat, it was as nice and comfortable as this one. Many thanks to brother Faissale who is in charge of the property, he is such a nice, friendly and professional person and we will be very happy to deal with him again. We will definitely go back back again to the same apartment.
