El apartamento es nuevo y casi todo estaba limpio

- The arrival instructions are very bad. The person could not be contacted. - We never had access to the parking lot (that was the main reason we took such a far apartment. For the parking and then nobody show up to give us access) - The pictures doesnt correspond with the apartment also there is no balcon. - The apartment was very unconfortable. It was barely equiped with cleaning products, blankets, toilet supplied, toiled soup, towels, basic kitchen things like sugar, salt, pans... -the toilet rug was a very dirty rug. - we book for 2 persons and there was only one bed (the advertisment said 3 beds, all a lie). We didnt have towels for 2 and not even blankets for one. - i contacted them and ask for the towels and blankets but never had a reply, only automatic messages. I really think it is too expensive for what it offers!

The apartment is amazing. The location is good, very close to the tramway. The decor is modern and beautiful. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm. I'm sure I will book it again once I will go to Casablanca because I can't say anything bad about the place.
