NEW modern 1 BR, 1min fr tramway

I have been coming to Morocco for 7 years now. I travel very often to different countries. This is the very best place I have ever stayed at. Better than all 5 🌟 hotels. 💯 the very best. I will be back soon. Please spread the word. This apt is approved by me and I have stayed at a lot.

It only needs a microwave. Bring extra linens, if you want.

The area is a quiet and nice. New building with very good interior finishing. Location is good. Security is excellent. Easy check in and check out

The mattress of the bed was old and stiff, cheap quality and very uncomfortable. Water supply and hot water was really bad after midnight. Air-conditioning/heating was not working at all.

The only thing I like is hot water. I was freezing cold they only provide one small blanket full of hair. No tv working no security on the back doors wich I couldn't close no washing clothes hanging no bin its really shiit

Stay away from this property! This was one of the worst apartments I have rented ever. It is very dirty with lots of small cockroaches around, bed is the worst I have ever seen. Pillow didn't have cover with yellow mark of sweat on them. Blanket dirty with no cover sheet. Photos are total scam.

A comfy place with secure parking in a modern building close to the tram lines to the city. The 24 hour secuirty guard is very comforting. Some intersting local grocery shopping in walking distance.

The cooking and coffee making facilities were very minimal and not sufficient for breakfast. The bed is quite hard but comfortable. The TV does not show any English youtube without a lot of mucking around as there is no iunternet connection to it and you must go through the setop box which is tuned to Morocan Channels. Not a big problem.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area on the first floor. However, it lacks some amenities, such as towels for two people. The kitchen is somewhat dirty and has a few cockroaches, which made me hesitant about staying there for the night. As for the self-check-in process, it took a while to receive the instructions, and I had to call the owner to get the entry code and building access code. Additionally, the concierge requested a 300 DHS deposit to park the car in the garage, which I find a bit excessive for a one-night stay. In conclusion, my friend and I were just able to sleep there.
