Our room had plenty of room for our family of 3. Updated bathrooms and access to kitchen. There was plenty of street parking.

Being in the family room right next to the front door we heard everyone cooking and cooking and going all night. The noise didn’t stop until about 2am.

The possibility to use the kitchen

The door of room 1 should be replace, you can not have a glass door and people coming and going leaving the light on. There is only one shower for potentially almost 20 persons. The shutter room 1 are broken.
