It is an apartment house with more apartments and shared kitchen. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were overall satisfied. The check in and check out was easy, the keys were in lockers, and the communication was good with the owners.

It was fine for sleeping, otherwise not too much to do in the place...

Clean room, friendly staff, not noisy. Shared kitchen was equipped very well and was not crowded in the morning. Good choice for one night.

The room was unexpected tiny for our family of 4 people. The early check out can be not convenient for some travelers.

"Sweaty noisy night."

Clean, fully supplied kitchen.

We were told not to switch on the A/C and instead use the stand fan. But the fan made such a noise that it woke me up several times and when I switched it off it was too hot.
