Property was great. Only issue was the deposit of £150 wasnt returned, they said it was returned but the bank said otherwise, the bank said it was taken as transaction. Be careful.

The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, not too far from the nearest Tesco Express and the city centre. Free street parking was available.

Although there is free street parking, there is a one-hour period that is not covered. From 11 AM to 12 noon, it is for residents only.

It was warm, indicating it was prepped for guest comfort. The process for obtaining or correcting the key was simple and clearly communicated.

During my short stay, I loved the flat was warm and lovely, building was quite at night time. Customer service on the contact number are always there and responding all the time.

Cleaning was not the best, some unknown stains on the bed sheets. Required extra fee for the late check out. Otherwise, the stay was very good.
