Seascape Stay No 4, Sea View & Parking

Fijn appartement, heel goed uitgerust, veel ramen en die konden ook allemaal open. Jo is superaardig.

Badkamer rook soms wat onfris, maar dat had niet met hygiëne te maken; we hoorden dat er een lekkage in het pand was. Daar waren ze mee bezig dus ik neem aan dat het is opgelost.

The apartment is well located for Falmouth's restaurants, bars and amenities with lovely views across the town. It is well equipped, clean, tidy and nicely furnished. The parking space is a handy addition and the owner was very friendly and responsive. I will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Very near to the town. Not for anyone with problems with walking uphill there are a few hills around the area. But beautiful views. The apartment is well equipped for self catering.

Nothing, we had a great holiday.

The bed was large and comfortable. The parking was very good. It felt secure.

The shower above the bath was very difficult to get under if your taller than about 5’8” The glass shelf stops you getting your head over the basin.

Location was excellent for exploring Falmouth and surrounds including taking ferries/boats to St Mawes and Trelissick, walking out to the docks/castle/beaches, 20 min drive to Trebah and Glendurgan gardens and a wide range of pubs and restaurants a short walk away. Allocated parking was great and vital in the centre of Falmouth. The flat was nice and clean and comfortable with everything we needed as a couple for our stay, including a small balcony with a fabulous view out to the estauary. We appreciated the provision of some basics like cleaning materials, loo roll and tea bags. Communication from the owner was excellent. We'd definitely stay again if we return to Falmouth.

Venetian blinds on the bedroom window let light in - street lights at night then daylight very early at this time of year. Blackout rollers or curtains would have helped us sleep better.

Flat was very clean and comfy and had all the essentials required for a nice stay. The location is brilliant, 5 min down the road to the town and fab views from the balcony. It is, however, a bit far from Falmouth train station, but it is still walkable. Lovely bed and shower, overall we really had a great time.
