Location was ideal, near local shops and restaurants. Short walk into center of town. Apartment was comfortable and set out beautifully. Comfortable and perfect for two.Brillant parking spot near to property..

There was continuous building works happening at the time of our stay whch was extremely loud and started at 08.00am every morning. Absolutely fantastic apartment with everything needed for our stay. Fantastic location with a lovely pub (the Boatman) just down the road. We will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable place, squeaky clean and in a very convenient location. Jo is a very lovely and communicative host, would definitely recommend staying here for a few nights when in Falmouth. Some lovely touches like cook books and brochures by the front door. Cooking utensils and free tea were available. Sustainable toilet paper!

I think it's great for shorter stays - for longer stays maybe the living area is a bit small? I didn't love the raffia (?) carpet everywhere but that's a question of taste.

A sunny, bright extremely clean property. Everything required for a 4 night stay in place, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer although neither used by us.

I was in Falmouth for work. There was a parking space for one vehicle, I had a transit van and had enough room. The view from the balcony overlooked Falmouth and the Harbour.

Lovely flat, very well equipped and comfortable.Would recommend
