Location, number of bedrooms, size of property. Big kitchen with suitable table for all the family. Equipment provided.

The Gas BBQ was dirty and despite having 2 gas we nearly ran out of gas as they were both nearly empty when we arrived. The Webber kettle is missing the bottom grate. The dishwasher seems to be on its last legs, things came out just as dirty! Several light bulbs were either missing or broken. Bedroom to the right of the front door suffers from banging pipes at night. Electric showers in poor condition. Front door and the gate both have loose fittings.

Very comfortable, good location, great activities (games room, tennis courts, paddle court, badminton etc)….and the staff/owner was awesome…they went above and beyond to decorate the place for my mom’s 70th birthday. Much appreciated!

Couldn’t turn down the heat in one of the rooms

There was enough space for the entire group in bedrooms, the dining table, the lounge and the garden. The facilities were well maintained, 2 of our party are VERY good tennis players and they were happy. The location was brilliant, rural, but less than 10 minutes from Stow and a TESCO Superstore! Also the rest of the Cotswold was accessible

Only one thing, the garden was fenced in.

The property was absolutely lush - warm, cosy, beautiful, idyllic. We were absolutely thrilled to stay, we just wish we had booked for longer! Would definitely go back.

Beautiful complex well kept great situation

Dreadful frying pan down stairs shower did not drain away radiators all on even though it was a scorchig hot day and lots of sweets under settee top draw in dishwasher comes out if you pull it a bit too hard freezer is not working properly not sure if cleaners have reported these problems to Mark

Very clean and spacious. Plenty of parking.

Big place accomodation for large group

Few things needed to be adjusted and Mark was very helpful in sorting it out straight away
