Stanton House, 6 bedroom, 5 bath

Beautiful, comfortable, well furnished and equipped. Host attentive and complimentary welcoming touches were unexpected and greatly appreciated.

No issues - providing a few more large serving spoons would be helpful.

Lovely clean home with plenty of room for 12 adults to share a reunion.

Twin beds - small for adults and one ensuite didn't have a shower. Plumbing system noisy in some rooms.

For a massive house - not enough supplies or tea /coffee/sugar . Would have been nice to have extras like clingfilm/foil

Lovely house with very comfortable sofas. Excellent games room, tennis courts and badminton. Host allowed us to check out an hour later too which was really appreciated.

Would have liked a shower rather that bath in upstairs bedroom.

Large living and dining space. 2 very large en-suite double rooms downstairs and good sized bedrooms upstairs. Excellent outdoor seating area and shared games room and tennis court.

When busy parking area fills up.

We provided our own meals and the facilities for cooking and eating were excellent. When we requested a pair of scissors, 'Geoff' arrived promptly with a replacement and gave us an interesting history of the development.

Generally, we were all very pleased with the accommodation and facilities, including seats and large table for sitting outside during 3 hot .days. There were two overhead kitchen lights not working but that did not seriously affect our use of the kitchen. The wooden entrance gate was noisy because of swollen timber/dropped hinge. One unsatisfactory element was one of the single beds at the gate end of Stanton House; it was noisy and unstable!
