Bari LandLord 71 - Central Rooms

Ideally located between train station and all attractions, right at the entrance in the historical downtown. The room is quite small but very good for short stays. The views are excellent on both sides, with a small common terrace as a plus.

The room is small, yet the space well used.

Noise and the wi fi wasn't working.

- the location was perfect: 15 mins walking distance from the train station, 25 mins away from the Pane e Pomodoro beach, 1 min away from the city center (also, there are many bus stations in front of the property to get around Bari); - the terrace, the AC, the mini fridge and the coffee machine + capsules made our stay; - the bed was comfortable and the view from the room was splendid; - the check in procedure was easy and the communication with the owner was efficient;

- the very thin walls between the rooms situated on the last floor (we could hear everything from our neighbors); - the bathroom light and ventilation were an inconvenience because the sensor does not work very well and you have to constantly move your body to make them work; - the cleanliness was decent but it could be improved with very little effort; - no proper luggage room (considering the fact that the check out is early); it was given the opportunity to leave our bags on the last floor but it wasn’t a good solution because it was a narrow common space between the last two rooms and it meant to limit the access to those bedrooms (plus the lack of safety upon our bags);

* Excellent central location, close to restaurants * No parking issues, even during peak season; we always found a spot in the nearby square or on the road, with a 2-euro hourly rate in the parking zone * The apartment is clean, and the air conditioning works well * Easy and pleasant communication with the service staff via booking

* No elevator, and carrying a 30 kg suitcase up four flours of stairs was a real struggle * Extremely stuffy and hot inside, with the top floor being especially warm due to the roof * Despite the functioning air conditioning, it's hard to sleep because it blows directly on you * The room feels very cramped and there are small bugs present *We stayed there 4 nights and we were only provided with four rolls of toilet paper, and although we were assured this would be addressed, we only received an apology * The window facing the promenade is not ideal—the city is noisy and doesn’t quiet down, which made it hard to relax * The balcony shown in the photos is only accessible through a separate entrance, locked with an old-fashioned latch, and it was a struggle to deal with the tangled metal wire

Good location in the city center, clean and cozy apartment, air conditioner. Plus it had a terrace on the roof next to the apartment.

The place did have glasses but no wine opener. The air conditioner was making noises that did not allow us to fall asleep, so we slept with it turned off. One leg of the bed is turned and feels like it might break at some point.
