Location, self check in and we could leave the luggage after check out in another appartment since our flight was at 11pm

There is no lift and the building and the furniture are old and not kept well.

Check-in process is overcomplicated. No mater if you have internet on the go or not, before getting check-in directions, one must fill-in some online form, attach photos, and pay the city tax, which we were slightly overcharged for. The host said sorry but it's a pity we had to watch out for tricks even on that stage. The room was not ready by the check-in time. The host offered to stay longer on check-out. So, plan your visit not to be too tired and ready for relax on arrival. We got the wrong keys from the coded box, so we had to spend more time to solve this problem too. Description says the room has "coffee maker/kettle". In the reality, it is a kettle and 3-in-1 coffee bags. But there is a planty coffee places around. The room does not have a wine opener. The bed was uncomfortable because of the linen sheets not fitting the mattress, so one always wakes up on the mattress. The area is central and windows provide no isolation. We could hear the party outside until the morning. The shower is full of muld. And whole bathroom was stinky.

Very good location in Bari just at the edge of the old center, in a location full of life. Room was old, authentic, but had all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. Everything can be found at a walking distance. Check in process was easy.

In a fantastic location, very nice street. The room is clean, rustic style, and nice. Communication with the host is easy. They are also helpful.

- bad communication with the host, no replies on time, no help, just spamming you several times to do online check-in - they promised to keep our bags before check-in when I asked 2 months before, which was my main concern, we arrived at 9am. No response from them since day before so we had to carry it few hours until we found a place where we paid 5eur/luggage - apartment for 4 people is small, I am glad we were just 2 people. Basically its one room with a doublebed and another two beds are in the hallway next to main door - cheaply renovated - poor wifi - not enough hot water for 2 people to get shower - super soft mattress, its like sleeping in a sand

the location is perfect-between old town and city center

there is no cleaning in the room. they do not change towels too. the room is old and has a bad smell. communication with the stuff was terrible, I had to repeat and write them many times upon they satisfied my request
