The location is great. Walkable to many great spots.

Staying here was not relaxing at all. It felt like being in a institution or a group home. There are big signs on absolutely everything, rules for everything and over all none of us felt relaxed. It felt like if we "broke a rule" they would know as if we were being watched and would have to pay as there was a price list in the kitchen. No conditioner supplied in the shower. Only two towels per person, no face cloths and intense bright lights. It felt like checking into a drug rehab not a relaxing condo.The couch was very uncomfortable as well. Additionally we couldn't store our luggage upon check out so we had to carry our luggage around on check out day to see the sights.

This was an unusual experience: I had to provide identification for all three guests. My friends arrived a day before me, as I had announced, and were let into an apartment different from the one which had been confirmed; but having provided our identification we trusted this would be ok. When I arrived the following day, the doorman had no documentation at all concerning my arrival. I called my friends who picked me up at reception. The following day, after two of three nights booked, upon arrival from a day excursion, we were informed that we all stayed in the wrong apartment. We initially took this with sense of humour, until finding out that the apartment in which we had spent two nights had been locked with our belongings inside and we were told we had to call a locksmith at a cost of 1000 Pesos, which we did, in order to retrieve our belongings, whilst also contacting the owner or the owner's agent, who urged us not to call a locksmith. But building management had already done so; we retrieved our luggage and moved into the apartment we were told we had booked. Both apartments were comfortable, convenient, clean and spacious. But the experience was extremely disappointing!

As above, unclear instructions. Doormen uninformed about our arrival in spite of the mandatory provision of ID. Payments for a locksmith to open a door to retrieve our luggage.

Excellent location in Condesa, close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful Avenida Amsterdam. The deck was great for morning coffee. We loved the security of a 24/7 doorman. Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms and living area. Fans in every room. It was nice to have laundry for a longer stay. Pili was very responsive.

A few things were disappointing. The cleaners were still working on check in, even though we arrived at 3:30. For a full week we were only given 1 extra roll of toilet paper so we had to buy our own. One of the soap dispensers had visible mold around it and they wouldn’t replace it without a photo (which for some reason wouldn’t send in the booking app or over text) so we bought our own soap too. The blackout curtains in one of the bedrooms didn’t work despite maintenance coming during our stay to fix them. No WiFi instructions were included, we had to reach out for the password. The spices and cooking oil were several years past their expiration date. Not enough hooks in the bathrooms for towels. One thing to note, and it’s not the property’s fault, but it gets very hot in there with the afternoon sun. The fans help.

Nice location in safe neighbourhood. Walk to everything. Very spacious with comfortable beds.

The location was amazing and the bed linen was very cozy! Likewise the staff via chat and at reception were always very attentive.

The bathrooms and bedrooms needed a deep clean on dust and so in the corners. Likewise living room furniture wasn't comfortable as the rest of the household.

Great location, comfy beds and the apartment had everything we needed.

No air conditioning made it very hot and difficult to sleep through the night. The street noise (barking dogs and loud cars) and mosquitos meant we couldn’t sleep with the windows open. There were fans but they were incredibly loud and just blew hot air around.

the apartment was nice, but both bathrooms needed deep cleaning. The throw rugs were old and dirty, and they needed replacement.
