"Tres días en hotel precioso en Benidorm"

Situación, decoración,comodidad, limpieza y excelente desayuno.

Me di cuenta que la mayoría de los usuarios de las piscinas no usan la ducha antes de bañarse. Tampoco me gustó la música todo el día en la zona de piscinas. Me gusta leer cuando voy a la piscina y me resultó imposible.

"Tökéletes kilátás , szuper szálloda!"

Nagyon szép, modern, felújított szálloda, amely minden szempontból kellemes meglepetést okozott. A tisztaság kifogástalan volt, a szobákat minden nap nagyon alaposan és igényesen kitakarították. A hotel elhelyezkedése is tökéletes, minden könnyen megközelíthető. Külön pozitívum volt számunkra, hogy a szobában vasaló is rendelkezésre állt, amit nem kellett külön kérni ,ez egy igazán figyelmes apróság. A reggeli rendkívül bőséges volt, nagy választékkal és finom ételekkel.

Ami esetleg még javíthatná a vendégélményt, az a reggeli időtartamának meghosszabbítása lenne. Jó lenne, ha kicsit korábban kezdődne és később érne véget, így a vendégek jobban el tudnának oszlani, és kevésbé lenne zsúfolt a reggeli időszak. Apró észrevételként említenénk még, hogy hasznos lenne két törölközőszárító a fürdőben, valamint a tusfürdő illata lehetne kellemesebb. Ezek természetesen csak kisebb részletek, amelyek még komfortosabbá tehetnék az ott tartózkodást.

Mi-a plăcut faptul că s-a făcut curățenie zilnic în cameră, prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic.

Sunt dezamăgită de serviciile oferite. Deși am plătit pentru un sejur all inclusive, nu am avut apă de băut în cameră pe timpul nopții și am fost nevoită să cumpăr apă din magazin. Un astfel de inconvenient nu ar trebui să existe într-un hotel care oferă acest tip de pachet.”

Cu toata sinceritatea, Hotelul asta a fost peste așteptările mele ,situat into zona bună, mic dejun variat , curetenie la maxim ,piscina exterioara excelenta cu doua baruri exterior, restauran cu muzica live interior , vedere panoramica la mare.! Frumos la maxim acest hotel. Felicitări!!

"It would have been perfect apart from the bad smell"

It was modern with good facilities

The smell of sewerage when you entered the reception area was disgusting, the wait for check-in was very long we didn’t get into our rooms until after 4:30pm

Petit déjeuner chere et mediocre Pas de place de Parking alors que nous avions réservé cet hotel pour ça. La réception nous avait indiqué que nous aurions une place si nous arrivions avant 16h00. Nou sommes arrivés a 14h00 et pas de place..
