La posizione, garage con la ricarica elettrica per l’auto, la piscina.

Il cattivo è forte odore di fogna nell’entrata dell’hotel e soprattutto nella camera. La mancanza di disponibilità del personale alla reception, informazioni errate per il parcheggio, mancanza delle bottigliette d’acqua in camera..

La comida, el personal, la comodidad, la terraza y todo en general

The location is less than 5 mins walk to the beach. It’s a brand new hotel in mint condition. The room was serviced daily. The pool area is lovely. The staff are friendly.

The lifts are an issue on peak times such as breakfast. When we arrived they had major electricity issues. They wouldn’t let us park until we had checked in. Luckily I found free parking about 5 mins away. Also we were on the 16th floor… and that is very very high!!! But to be expected in Benidorm lol!

El personal era super agradable y muy atentos, eché en falta el caldo de pollo en las comidas y no tanto puré, las pizzas ya que las ponían todos los días, podían ponerle aunque sea jamón y no solo queso si o si. La piscina bien aunque el agua aún estaba muy fría pero había buen ambiente.

La cama era horrible, en mi vida he dormido tan mal, super dura, las almohadas eran raras y para usar el aire acondicionado sonaba como si se fuera a romper el techo o las paredes, fatal. El baño transparente, sin pestillo y no hace cierre para que no te escuchen cagar, como no tengas confianza estás jodido.

Location is great. Very big hotels. Superb view to the beach and the sea. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Lunch and dinner buffet was not great. One of our rooms had cockroaches in it. The beds are terribly stiff.

We were impressed with the quality of the food, which was delicious and varied every day. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and smiling, making us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations. The beach is located very close to the hotel, which was a great advantage and made our vacation even more enjoyable.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, great food, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you once again for your hospitality. We look forward to visiting again! 😊

The room was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was perfect with very good water pressure and it was spotless clean location perfect as well

Waiting ages for the tiny lifts, the breakfast and the staffs attitude and lack of communication. Did not get told the wristband needed to stay on for swimming and got ambushed and humiliated by multiple members of staffs one after the other (got told, then went to leave and then another one came, the bar staff had clearly called multiple members of staff) in front of everyone because we didn’t have ours on as thought it was for the AI which we weren’t using. Also didn’t like that we couldn’t visit the terrace unless we had a dinner reservation, was not told that or any information about it.
