Tutto perfetto! Una bellissima vacanza, in una meravigliosa struttura. Tutto pulitissimo, personale molto molto accogliente, le camere stupende, la vista mozzafiato. La Terrasse è davvero un ottimo posto per bere qualcosa, le ragazze Ana Cristina e Diana sono state molto professionali e attente alle nostre richieste, soprattutto con i bambini. Anche Rachel (reception), Radu Pascu (snack bar), e la signora Mia (ristorante), sono stati molto gentili. Grazie a tutti per rendere la nostra vacanza speciale.

La calidad de la comida era buena, la limpieza de las habitaciones también.

El hotel pierde mucho una vez llegas allí y lo conoces. No por las instalaciones sino por el contexto. Esto es guirilandia total, lo estropean todo, gritan, se tumban en los sofás del lobby y lo peor de todo es que el hotel lo permite. Disfrutar de la comida es imposible con tantos ingleses maleducados, la piscina lejos de ser un lugar para relajarse tiene la música altísima e ingleses borrachos molestando a los trabajadores. Realmente una experiencia muy desagradable que no recomiendo en absoluto, es una atracción más en la que se le permite al turista extranjero hacer lo que le da la gana, básicamente. Lo entiendo si vas a un sitio barato y cutre, pero con los precios que asumes yendo a este hotel me parece vergonzoso que no se haga nada por parte de la dirección.

"A hotel és a programok kiválóak, a szoba hangszigetelése nem teljesen megfelelő."

A medencék szuperek voltak, emellett a személyzet is nagyon kedves. Nagyon jó hangulatot keltettek a napközbeni programok során. A reggeli során rengetek lehetőség közül lehetett választani, minden nagyon finom volt.

A szobánk a medencére nézett, ami néha elég hangos volt. A szobaajtón éjszaka teljesen beszűrődött a fény a folyosóról.
