"Nagyon csalódás volt, hogy nem tudtunk időben elfoglalni a szobákat."

Szép szállás.

5éves kisgyeremekkel voltunk és szerettük volna ha jeleznek mikor elkészül a szoba és elfoglalható ha van rá lehetőség 14:00 előtt ami megvolt adva, de 16:35kor tudtuk elfoglalni és addig az előtérben vártunk. :(

"Best Hotel in Benidorm."

The rooftop bar is a Amazing!! Best views in Benidorm. Excellent food, Excellent friendly staff, Excellent pool and poolside bar big and has plenty of room for everyone, The look and vibe throughout all of the hotel is stunning,

The elevators are a bit slow, but since the opening of the new extension/ refurbishment they have improved a little.

El hotel es espectacular

Pues voy a contar mi experiencia cogí la habitación a las 11 de la noche lógicamente al día siguiente ahy que dejarla a las 12 y lo entiendo pero también es verdad que cada vez te dan más tarde la habitación sales a las 12 pero asta las 4 de la tarde no entras bueno mi experiencia es que viajo con una niña de 4 años pregunte en recepción si sería posible dejar la habitación a las 4 de la tarde aunque tuviera que pagar suplemento estaba dispuesta y el hotel no estaba completo en recepción me dicen que por la mañana me lo confirman yo les digo que por favor lo intenté ya que hija le encanta la piscina y la playa y para 24 horas que hibamos a estar quería aprovechar un poco la mañana del día siguiente puesto que llegué al hotel a las 11 de la noche pues cual es la respuesta no rotundo hay que dejar la habitación a las 12 lo puedo entender si fuera temporada alta pero en esta ocasión no lo es un hotel precioso pero no volveré en mi vida

"Sehr gut aber..."

Essen ist hervorrragend. Miguel an der Rezeption sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmerreinigung perfekt. Getränke und Snacks günstig. Zimmer, Bad und Pool sehr schön

Terasse Bar ist eine Entäuschung. Wir wurden nicht bedient. Nach 20 min sind wir aufgestanden und gegangen. Betrunkene Engländer die ohne T-Shirt im Aufzug sind Rezetionisten (ausser Miguel), nicht hilfsbereit. Aufzug ist eine Katastrophe. Wartezeit ohne Ende Anfang Juni (keine Hochsaison), warten beim Aufzug, warten beim Check in, warten beim Wasserspender, warten beim Toaster, warten bei der Kaffeemaschine.

"The best hotel in benidoem"

The breakfasts were amazing with a superb selection. The room was comfortable and always very clean with a great view of the beach. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. All in all an amazing holiday.

we could not fault anything. It was close to the Beach and entertainment venues.

We had some long waits for the lifts. The 19th floor Viewing area was closed at times.

Al menos deberíais poner unas botellitas de agua de cortesía en las habitaciones. Tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable cuando fuimos cuatro personas al rooftop y no nos dejaron entrar aunque desde fuera se veían varias mesas libres.
