La ubicación y la comodidad de las camas. Cocina muy completa con sal azúcar aceite... La comunicación con la empresa rápida y siempre dispuesta a ayudar.

Las almohadas necesitan un lavado, huelen. Están de obras en la fachada con lo que hemos estado los 5 días con las persianas echadas y no lo sabíamos.

"Madrid Stay"

Location, location, location... City center, near everything! Made it very easy to head out, take a stroll and find entertainment and restaurants.

No real issues. We never spoke to anyone, just emails and digital communication to get door codes and location information.
