Cheiro desagradável e intenso a esgoto , a sanita estava suja , e a janela de um dos quartos ( cozinha onde tem o sofá cama. ) não isolava nem o som da rua nem o frio por estar com muita folga

"Buena ubicación pero incómodo para habitar"

Solo la ubicación

Demasiado pequeño. Para acceder a la recamara principal tenias que bajar una escalera muy estrecha lo que hizo super tortuoso subir y bajar maletas. El sofa cama ocupaba todo el living y te sentias hacinado. Es apto para 2 personas pero no para 4 personas. Demasiado caro por los m2. No lo recomiendo, hay opciones mejores por el mismo precio
