"You have to invest a little and it will be perfect"

Location and security. Good disposition of the property

The shower malfunctions and was stuck, a lot of light comes in through the windows, you can’t sleep. A helpline is missing in the city. There is no WhatsApp to communicate quickly with the property

As we arrived & departed by ferry the location was ideal. So many eating choices just outside & close by. Rooms are very big & exceeded my expectations. Would have liked to have stayed more than 1 night. Second trip here & would stay again if in Dumaguette.

Within the city. Near the restaurant where i was meeting my friends

The toilet and bath is cramped and the shower curtain is short that it splashes outside the shower area. Need to lower it down some

"One night stay, very comfortable & very big rooms."

Very convenient location close to the port. Lots of eating choices over the road & close by. Very good security with guards at the gate house & at every tower entry. Stayed only 1 night but would love to come back & stay longer.
