Inside the condo. Very hot inside Aircon not enough.

Good location in the newer end of Dumaguete

There was a leak in the ceiling after heavy rain. Caught by buckets in the living room, so not inconvenient

Excellent room and facilities. Lovely location. The staff were easy and great to deal with. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

It has everything that we need. Everything is working fine

Everything was great except for the strong mothballs smell in the room. I hope they will remove it. But everything was great. Location is very near to the restaurants. The staffs are very attentive. It is in the secure area with double security.

The strong moth balls smell

Perfect location, few meters away from the Ocean. Very nice and new department. Full kitchen, new appliances, terrace,. I can keep on and on. To make short, wonderfull property.
