Flat 2 is a beautiful apartment everything you need in the kitchen if you were cooking bathroom is stunning very spacious apartment beds were not very comfortable but everything else was above and beyond would recommend it to everyone

Size of rooms good. Fire escape good to have. Location as quieter than town centre

Leaking water in lounge Fire with danger do not use. No fire alarm Damaged worktops in kitchen Light bulbs not working in entrance outside apartment & only 1 spotlight working in bathroom

The property was very well equipped and located within 15 min walk into Scarborough. The beds were very comfy and the overall experience was wonderful.

I house overhaul was beautiful the bathroom was stunning and clean

The neighbours was verry loud and was woken by someone ringing the bell at 6am in the moring waking the children

Hi I have to say that that was probably one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in and I left a day early. On entering the flat all I could smell was the fusty aroma of old pillows which seemed to come from the sofa facing the tv. I have never seen such a badly stained carpet and the yellow warning sticker on the fire was far from homely! I plugged in my phone charger by the side of the bed only to find an ice lolly stick and a penny on the floor by the bed. What looks like plenty of storage is in fact full of towels and bedding, leaving one of the many drawers free for me to use. I was surprised to find the mop & bucket stored in the only hanging space available. The thermostat had to be held in place to adjust ad it wasn’t properly secured to the wall. In the bathroom the taps twisted round every time you turned them on and off and the lack of proper handle on the toilet flush would have made it difficult for a young child or elderly person to operate, and the toilet seat moved when you say on it. This was a real shame as it is a beautiful bathroom. In the kitchen not only was there NO dishwasher as advertised but nowhere to put one! Also i put water and some groceries in the fridge which were frozen solid the next day. The place felt horribly neglected and in need of a good clean and de-cobwebbing! The location was great, the bed comfortable and the apartment was warm. I have been in contact with the rental company who assure me that a dishwasher is no longer advertised and that all my issues were addressed in a few minutes and would have been had I informed them at the time

The flat is a home away from home. It was thoughtful of the host to include child friendly activities that my kids loved. It was unfortunate that we didn’t stay longer so they could complete the puzzles. The flat is clean and has the main facilities you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped. I recommend this property and would definitely return if we are in Scarborough again.
