Spacious flat , close to amenities ,

Entrance was a bit disappointing, no lock on bathroom door , hard to find where to put rubbish, outside seating would have been nice .

The space, plenty of room for my son and my daughter with her toddler, with everything to make their stay for their granddads funeral much more comfortable.

The stay was ruined by none of them getting any sleep and getting quite distressed by the person upstairs screaming and shouting ( including many profanities) from around 8pm til after 2am! Horrible. (My daughter had a 340 mile drive back home to face on no sleep too!) My daughter did put a complaint in on Monday morning, but it was even worse on Monday night! I accept that this is not Spaproperties fault, but it made for a horrible-and very unsettling- stay for them at a very bad time for them .

As we arrived, Lyn was entering the building and helped us. Great first impression The flat was spacious and exactly what we and our friends required.

No complaints what so ever

Dirty, dust everywhere, tv channels was poor, handles hanging off, toilet handle missing, bathroom taps loose and front room rug is trip hazard

Very clean, everything you could need provided. Spacious, very tastefully decorated, gorgeous bathroom. Would stay again

There was some noise not sure if it was the flat above and a lot of swearing

The property was very spacious. It was nice and cheap for a short last minute break to visit my family. Would come again. If the price remains cheap. Easy , free parking :)

The entrance to the property was very untidy and not clean. It was a little worrying as it appeared we had booked a bit of state and worried what the inside may look like. The baths overflow pipe leaked and flooded the bathroom which wasn’t ideal, the owner should really get that seen too. The bathroom cold tap didn’t work it just spun when you tried to turn it on. The couches need updating as one was not very clean nor comfortable. The rest was okay for the price but I wouldn’t pay anymore than what I did for it.
