25 Avenue Victoria Flat 2

The location was fabulous. Huge bathroom with lovely comfy bath. Walk in shower. 2 large bedrooms. Bed was so clean and comfy. Lovely big towels. Kitchen with most things, although we didn't use cooker, freezer microwave or washer. We would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen felt greasy. I washed everything we were going to use, which were fine afterwards. Not a massive issue, l am a bit of a clean freak. The bath leaked a tiny bit. I left a bowl underneath in order for the cleaners to see.

Great location and spacious rooms

Bath not working and handle broke and my friend cut her hand on it Also shower not that great The cleaning could of been better as dust everywhere and toilet paper holder and tissue under bath and bed Rubbish in side drawer in bedroom

Appreciated the good communication from the owner and the location.

There was a persistent knocking sound from within the apartment for the duration our stay, which became very apparent at night. Unsure exactly what was causing it but we assumed it was something to do with the utilities (possibly the water system). The beds were fresh but the mattress’s could have been more comfy. The garden was messy and uninspired. The decor and kitchen are very outdated. The kitchen facilities were sparse and a bit grubby (especially the pots and pans). The shower was weak and the head needs replacing or descaling. Some of the bathroom fixtures were broken or missing. The curtains let in far too much light in the morning. The entrance stairwell was grubby and undecorated.

Was decent size

The flat above had a child the first night screaming f you for about 1 hours, 2nd night same while banging and screaming the flat was tidy but most definitely not clean , dust, rubbish under bath , dirt on kitchen cupboards , faint smell of must

Had everything you needed, very clean for the most part, comfy beds with very clean sheets, lots of clean towels, lovely big rooms, fully organised kitchen, free WiFi, secure door, lovely interesting art work.

One wall in the living room and part of the ceiling had black mould, looks like there had been a leak upstairs that had come through and ran down the wall, mostly hidden by a curtain but had black mould, the windows and curtains were quite dirty but only in this room, every other room was lovely and spotless, the settees in the living room were very grubby and one had a big stain infront of it, such a shame as the rest of the place was totally immaculate, the entrance of the flats up to the apartment was very rough looking and dirty and needs painting and updating, but that's not in the apartment so I suppose it wouldn't bother most people, the only other thing was that there are 2 very pointy glass shelves right inside the shower which I think is potentially very dangerous if someone were to slip, living room needs mould sorting and settee and windows need a good clean, but as mentioned the rest of the place was spotless and well decorated and had everything we needed with a lovely big bathroom.

Lovely flat, and the location is perfect.
