25 Avenue Victoria Flat 2

It was a very spacious and warm flat. We really liked relaxing in it after walking all over in the day time. Nice layout, rooms very good, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Great location too.

Nice size apartment was perfect for our stay in Scarborough for myself, and my daughter could easily accommodate more than just the 2 of us. Very good-sized double bedrooms and large comfortable lounge. Great location

Shower head rail broken

The interior was generally nicely decorated ..

Bath taps didn’t work, both beds left us with back ache. The ceiling wallpaper was loose discoloured and drooping. The place was very cold when we arrived. The hallway was dusty and smelled badly. The lounge carpet was stained.

Lovely spacious accommodation. Lovely huge living room. And 2 good sized bedrooms. Everything you would need home from home.

Nothing.

The location was nice as it was nice to be out of the way and be on the south side. The place was quiet as there was no neighbours Once I understood where the keys were it was easy to find with Google maps

The flat was very cold, we didn't get the boiler working until the second night as instructors hadn't been put out on display. We also couldn't work the oven as it wouldn't turn on so just had to use the grill. Could of done with a little tea and coffee station for guest like other hotels often have and possibly some toiletries. We also only have one toilet roll so could of done with more as being a family of 5.

Lovely spacious accommodation in good location did mention an iron on website but there wasn't one in the property (I always take one just in case) other than that everything you would need.
