they advertise false advertise, different property, not this one they have different motel on different floor room is too small is far from city dont book this property is not worth it for money my room was in third floor there is no lift i am very disappointed dont west money on this property

- Staff not supportive. Not giving proper solution for the problem. Always gives excuse to issue. - Tv charges are included but the TV is not working. After complaining, the issue still does not get resolved for 1.5 days. - while booking they mention hot water available 24x7. But each time we want to call reception and ask for hot water. - Room size is too small. - outside noise is also disturbing. - Far from the main city.
