1.Behaviour of staff. 3.Poor room service 2.Low amenities 4.High rate like 5 start hotel. 6.did not provide basic things lime tooth brush and paste. 7.Tissue paper not available in Toilet. This was my bad experience to choose this website

"Okay hotel but don't but food or even water. Everything is super expensive."

Check in was smooth.

Rooms were ok, but not value for money. We took 3 rooms and those were not in a series. We wanted adjacent rooms but we didn't get. This was little off
