Everything. Its is not what it looks like in the photos. 1. There was no complementary water. If you want buy then they ask you for double the prize. 2. The rooms were tiny. 3. The entrance was dirty. Paan masala spitting everywhere. 4. Don’t rent two wheeler from the hotel they charge you more than double. 600 per day. From Outside we got it for 330 in the peak season otherwise you can get 250. To conclude, I had to stay at this hotel because I had no other option because of the peak season all the good hotels were booked as I planned my trip in a shorter duration.

Convenient location

The photos on the site are very misleading. There is a small lawn behind the building that's good for photos but isn't really used. The hotel is part of a multi-unit building that has different "hotels" on different floors. The staff pestered me via phone on the day of arrival. I told them we were coming late at night, and they threatened to cancel the booking if we didn't arrive by 11:15. They asked to speak to my driver and told him to hurry. Throughout the stay, they seemed annoyed that we were there, and didn't want to fulfill requests. When we checked out, they charged us for the bottles of drinking water in the room. It was a small thing that added to the impression we were not welcome there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eminence Palm in Mount Abu, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, and their friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is excellent, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and easy access to nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a variety of options to suit every palate. Overall, my stay at Eminence Palm was truly memorable. everything from staff behavior to room size. On of the managers with long moustache was behaving as if he is the owner even though he looks like a staffboy. Utterly disgusting experience.
