A really nice place right in the city centre. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, having comfy beds, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and even an electric fireplace. I also enjoyed chatting with the very attentive host - thanks and good luck!

It'd be good to have more teaspoons in the kitchen.

The location was handy to shops, station and restaurants.

I contacted the property via Booking the day prior to check in to advise time of arrival and ask about the access details as nothing had yet been provided. There was no reply until 20mins prior to my ETA. Unfortunately, that was 10mins after I departed the train with WiFi connection and therefore had no means of accessing this information. Admittedly that’s not the hosts fault, but not providing this information at least 24hrs prior is lacking. The property look deserted from the street, and the door handle was broken which didn’t help the feeling that we had been scammed. Thankfully another guest heard me calling out and gave the contact number for the host. Once we finally connected access was obtained. The property unfortunately fell short of expectations: - half used toiletries in the bathroom - someone’s eyelash curler - mold in the shower silicone - food scraps left in the fridge - leftover ice blocks in the freezer that had been iced over - barely eligible notes taped on the walls in the kitchen about what to turn on/off and WiFi code on a bit of tape near the tv. - the WiFi was intermittent We were relieved to only be staying 2N as it unfortunately was not a great experience. There was very minimal effort put in by the hosts to just make the whole place feel more welcoming. We have stayed in quite a variety of guesthouses worldwide and this was so disappointing.
