Everything was bad, the bed sheet and the pillow covers wasn’t changes, the Room smells of cigarette the room don’t look healthy for anyone to be sleeping over there I did not even stay there they refused to refund my whole 4 days money

it was dirty it smelled very bad and the towels were not clean

Not much to say about the pathetic experience.

We tried and tried, but couldn't get in! That passcode was useless, and we were freezing outside. The service was terrible, a total nightmare. An hour later, after tons of calls, they finally gave us a new code – weird, right? The carpet was dirty, the walls were grimy, and the bathroom? Way too small for the kids.

Water was leaking from the ceiling right above the beds. Pictures of the place suggested there were basic essentials in the kitchenette, but that was not the case. Absolutely no type of tissue in whole of the property. Messaged whoever possible, including booking.com, when entered the property and noticed all this none of them seem to be concerned other that taking money. I even sent pictures of the leaking ceiling.

Ensuite room, just ok for the price with tv, bluetooth speaker, towels and shower gel, nice warm shower but slow drainage

WiFi was too slow, bathroom drainage needs to be unclogged
