Nice and clean

Absolutely freezing! The windows were broken and taped up! We contacted the landlord numerous times over a few hours requesting a heater. When he did eventually bring one it was much more comfortable. But we spent majority of new years in huddled in bed trying to get warm!

The lack of respect from other residents in the building. We kept to the quote hours just a shame no one else did. Not quite the quiet night off we hoped for.

Very basic but clean

Unfortunately there was a loud party/rave in the apartment above that went on til gone 3am, could not sleep through the noise of the music and banging. Contacted owner but nothing happened. No secure parking, only place to park was over the other side of the road - could not see out of the window to check on car, very worried about the area the car was in.

Not much at all.

Damp foisty smell, blood on bathroom floor/door and frame, no heating, unclean and noisy.

Nice and comfortable,with all the basics available

It was clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds. It's located literally a 1min walk from the Aston Station. There are some groceries and bars in the hood.

Pretty cold - the windows were not hermetic, so I had to hang a blanket on the window. The bathroom and kitchen is upstairs, bedroom - downstairs.

Room was good and location

Very small heater took sges to get room even warm , walls very thin and very noisy neighbor's, also a lot of noise from outside
