Tienen una subida muy grande que tienen un carro para subir las mochilas y no fueron capaces en ofrecerlo. Por otro lado te exigen que dejes el pasaporte en toda tu estadía, es algo ILEGAL. Deberían a lo sumo sacar una fotocopia, sino lo dejas tenes que irte a buscar otra cosa el mismo día. OJALÁ LOS DUEÑOS REVEAN esto.

The location was perfect. You can see monkeys from your room. The view was amazing. The staff was friendly. Even though I didn't use the pool, I saw people having fun during the day in and around the pool (not noisy)

Unfortunately, there was no elevator. But they have a special thing for bringing up your suitcases. Unfortunately, no one reached out to us when we check in and check out to help with our backpacks (in hot days, even 7-8 kg backpacks are hard to carry)

Ωραία τοποθεσία ευχάριστο περιβάλλον με αρκετές δραστηριότητες στον χώρο.

Έκανα δεύτερη κράτηση για να μείνω μια μέρα παραπάνω ενώ μίλησα με την ρεσεψιόν γύρισα και βρήκα τα πράγματα μου στο πάτωμα μετά από δυο μέρες βλέπω ότι μου λείπουν κάποια ρούχα.

The location is AMAZING. Railay Beach is so gorgeous. Loved the staff and facilities and the pool here too!

Lack of curtains on the dorm beds :( Felt a little outdated not to have them
