1403 Menlyn Maine Trilogy

Location is good. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. The view from the restaurant was beautiful.

The breakfast at the restaurant on site was not quite up to the standard expected - asked for soft, runny eggs and the eggs was really overdone. The muffins used for my meal was really stale. It was a bit difficult arriving at night to find our way to the entrance of the building. Suggest clear instructions, other than just a pindrop. The pindrop gets you to the general area, but at night you need more detail, especially if you do not know the area.

Everything about the property is lovely, the host is exceptionally welcoming and friendly , she responded to assist in time,

The location was good, staff were pleasant, room was nice and clean with lots of cupboard space. There were decent facilities for cooking, fridge, kettle, etc. Bed was large but the pillows were bloody uncomfortable.

We did not have hot water. Our shower was lukewarm. We could not connect to the wifi and were only sent the wifi password at 00:15 for our one night stay...
