It was a perfect location for all of us , easy to get to our convention as well . Great rooms , very clean , comfortable beds , just perfect

Property was damaged bed had one leg broken carpet leading to loft room dangerous it's a law suit waiting to happen beds rickety . stains on leany every wall .floor in several places Sinks. Cant see out of windows so dirty was expecting wow from pictures but got o my God. Couldn't get enybody to come out and see all the problems ruined our holiday 😒

The location was great. The living spaces were great. All the bedrooms were clean.

The property is a little bit tired in places. Could do with a freshen up.

The location was great! Rooms were comfortable and stylish and a great size house for the 7 of us that stayed. There is a car park directly opposite the house which was approx £10 for 24 hours so very convenient.

This would have been a 10/10 stay but what ruined it for us was the property was advertised with the huge tv in the family lounge and WiFi. However, neither worked! The TV only turned on and just had a blank screen and said it needed to be connected to the internet - the internet router had the amber light constantly on from the moment we arrived. Very disappointing with young children staying with us. Despite over 7 calls to the Host & Stay number over the course of the weekend, the first one being Friday afternoon when we arrived, no one came back to us to advise how the issue would be rectified. It never was. Shocking customer service. Do not stay here if you want to use WiFi or watch TV!

Location.

The whole downstairs was uninhabitable due to the smell. There was a leak under the kitchen floor that I reported immediately but nothing was done to sort out the wet floor/smell and despite multiple attempts at contact and completing a complaint form, I’m still waiting for a suitable response nearly 2 months later. We couldn’t use the kitchen as the floor was like a wet sponge and the smell spread throughout the property. Someone did come when we were out (which was alot of the time as we didn’t want to be in there) and removed the kick boards in the kitchen which only made matters worse. The stair carpet was also loose in 2 places which was dangerous. Our stay here ruined a family break.

The central location in Scarborough was really great. The house was very well furnished and equipped, with comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms.

I don't like to criticise but there was a serious issue with the kitchen floor - it was damp and the more we walked on it the more water seeped out between the laminate floor boards. We suspect there is a leak somewhere underneath the floor, and it needs investigation and when resolved will need new flooring. The kitchen was beautifully appointed but we spent very little time in there because of this - we had damp socks and there was a damp smell which the children really didn't like. We have received a 10% refund because I complained, but disappointingly no assurance that the problem was being addressed.
