Lagoon Beach 237A by CTHA

Had an appointment to meet at 1400. The staff only arrived at 1430 and then proceeded to do checks, which should have been done prior to our arrival, which made us late for a 1500 appointment we had. There was black hair in the bath and basin. Only one small fan in a beach apartment in hot weather.

The property manager Ms Charisma was kind, friendly and respectful. responding quickly when ever we query .

The Wine due to religious reason I suggest may be it will be good if the guest religion are asked so that the host knows when preparing the gift

The close proximity to the beach. The apartment was spacious, clean and had a great seaview. It had great amenities. The location was the best for the purpose of our visit. Close to the Cape Town CBD & Canal Walk mall. Easy access to highways.

the payment and refund process really inconvenienced my stay,because i had to pay full amount for of the accommodation,while I had already paid 50% deposit..today its 5days later I haven't got my refund for the 50% deposit i paid 3months ago

Lovely apartment on the beach. Nice sea view. Enjoyed having two bathrooms, one with the shower and the other with a bath.

The main bedrooms bed is to small. Would be nice to have a king size bed as the room is plenty big enough.
