I liked the cleanliness and also the facilities itself. Everything worked as it was supposed to making it very pleasant. Thank you so much.

The Loadshedding. Even though the time schedule as there, the intemittent experiences were the only damper. Perhaps a generator for continuity might have helped.

My refundable deposit has not been paid since the 30.06.23 The agent claims I left the facility late - which is false. I've sent proof that I left before 10am. Even asked them to check the cameras and Security as I parked in the undercover parking. They are deliberately holding back my refund. This is dishonestly and I will not recommend this accomodation to anyone because of the poor letting agent

The view.

We did not have proper access to the view because the sliding doors were not working and we were only told this as we got our keys. Everything in the kitchen was dirty, as well as the extra blankets. We never received any cleaning or servicing of our room the entire stay so the extra R1000 I had to pay to keep the room clean and tidy was incredibly steep considering no one could even remove our bin at the end of the day. There was very little consideration for me because the one thing I asked for was ironing facilities and when I tried to get the board out the cupboard it didn’t work.

The place was clean amazing and friendly

Toilet was cleaned but smelled 10 times worse than a public toilet I even had to buy things to clean it as it was stinking up the rooms. Nobody confirmed what time is check out so I had to pay extra - I didn't charge to clean their toilets tho The shower drain was blocked
