Renovated 2024 - Viking inspired - Behind bryggen

Apartmán má dobré umístění, jen kousek od centra. Apartmán je malý, ale dostačující pro 3 osoby.

Po příjezdu do apartmánu jsme byly zděšeny nepořádkem. V myčce bylo neumyté nádobí, jistě už dlouho, protože velice zapáchalo. Tablety do myčky nebyly k dispozici. Vzhledem k tomu, že bylo nádobí v myčce, chybělo nám nádobí a k dispozici jsme pro tři lidi měly pouze jeden hrnek a dva talířky. Apartmán by potřeboval nově vymalovat, zdi jsou špinavé a flekaté. Také závěs byl flekatý a potřísněn bůh ví čím. Za ledničkou byly chuchvalce prachu a tuba od tmelu. Celkově byl úklid na velice špatné úrovni.

Dirty entrance. Pictures deceptive as the rooms are very small. Overpriced for what it is. Very noisey. Building next door under renovation and parties at night. Thin walls. Little natural light. View is of garbage bins.

The check-in process was very easy and the location was ideal and a quick short walk to the center and train station. The living room was nice with a large TV and small kitchentte so we could cook.

Overall, the stay was very disappointing for the price paid. As soon as we entered the apartment, there was a strong smell of rotting fish. We first thought it might be from the trash, but it wasn’t—the odor lingered throughout the entire stay, making it impossible to use the living room even with the windows open. Cleanliness was also below expectations despite the pictures looking nice. The bathroom stayed damp and humid, with no shower mat provided. For a 4-night stay, we were only given one towel each, which might have been acceptable, but due to the humidity on the first floor, the towels stayed damp and quickly smelled. The bed was very uncomfortable, and on top of that, the apartment was noisy—you could hear footsteps from upstairs and conversations through the thin walls. There were also parties two nights in a row, making it nearly impossible to sleep early, even though we needed to wake up early the next morning. The kitchen could also be better equipped. The pans provided were very small, and there was no sponge or detergent for cleaning dishes in the dishwasher. For the amount we paid, we would have been much better off booking a hotel, which would have offered more comfort and a better overall experience.

La voiture a du être garée dans un parking à 20 minutes à pied car elle était trop grande pour les parkings couverts.

Le logement est petit mais bien aménagé, fourni avec tout le nécessaire pour dormir. Il y a un lave vaiselle, un petit frigo, un four. Il est situé à proximité de Bryggen. La chambre est confortable. C’est moderne. La SDB est vraiment top.

Le logement est situé au RDC : devant la fenêtre les poubelles qui sentent mauvaise, dommage. Pour être parfait, il manquait quelques commodités : pastilles de lave vaiselle, éponges… Le logement est propre mais on sent qu’il est usé par les autres voyageurs : trace de mégot sur le canapé, murs un peu sale : ce n’est pas dérangeant en soit mais ce n’est pas optimal.

Great location near Bryggen in a traditional wood building area. Everything walking distance away. Did the furuncular up Mount Floryn and did a great evening walk down. The flat was extremely convenient. Small kitchen everything we needed. The toilet was refurbished.

The house was difficult to cool down. Was unseasonably warm. The flat was very compact for 4 people. The shower can flood but not a major issue.

The facility is good and clean

A bit long walking distance from the center but the area is quiet and beautiful
